The center of these decadent turtle bars starts with our traditional handmade caramel poured over toasted whole pecans. We then dip them in delicate Swiss style coverture chocolate and top with salted, toasted pecan pieces. The caramels centers are cooked to perfection with a firm, yet chewy, consistency for the perfect bite.
